We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is anything wrong with your finished products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via Email. We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery by shipping carrier.

Orders Lost or Damaged During Delivery
We strive for timely delivery of production of your order. We will guarantee the quality of your finished product and will do our best to get it to our shipping carriers in a timely manner. We are only able to issue refunds for issues with the quality of your order. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, any delays that impact delivery time are not covered as part of our guarantee, and we will not be able to offer refunds for orders delivered late.
